This 20 minute Tabata will get your heart rate up and help boost your metabolism for the day! Here is how it works:
1. Grab a timer
2. 20 seconds of go-hard work
3. 10 seconds rest/transition
4. Once you complete all 8 exercises you will take a one minute rest
5. Repeat this process for a total of 20 minutes (or 4 sets)
