At Armstrong Fitness we hate to use the word “diet” and prefer the concept of a nutritional guide or eating plan – as the whole idea of a “diet” insinuates a quick fix. Quick fixes are never the way to go. We want to educate our clients on how they can eat properly to see results and maintain them or adjust them for the long term. But at the same time we know when people see the word “diet” that they know it has to do with…so we bring you the “Everyday Diet”.
This Everyday Diet was designed with the thought in mind of educating people on an easy to follow nutrition pattern that will allow them to achieve their ideal body shape. This is not a mass gaining eating plan by any means, but it will allow you to burn fat and pack on muscle.
Follow this plan to “lose weight”, “tone up”, “get ripped” and achieve your “ideal body” without having to constantly be counting calories. Hence the term “The Everyday Diet” as it is built on principles for a long lasting eating pattern that will allow you to achieve your health and fitness goals for LIFE – not just for 6 weeks. You can eat like the set-up below from now until you are 90 years old!
Everything is broken down for you into some basics STEPS that will help you to understand what to eat and when – without getting super technical and confusing.
For optimal results this diet should be combined with a physical training program that involves some higher intensity exercise (preferably weight training). There are numerous Armstrong Fitness programs that would work well.

We are the creator of the "Body Fit" Program - which was converted into an ACL injury prevention training regime at the University of Western Australia and is currently being used by the Autralian Women's National Field Hockey team, the Australian Women's Rugby Team, and others. If you are involved in any sports teams (particularly those with female athletes between 14-25 contact us and we can get you this program - female athletes in the age range mentioned are at the highest risk for ACL damage and this program has been scientifically proven to help prevent injury. It can also be used to prevent the same injury for male athletes as well - it's just females are more at risk).
We have a strong belief in using scientifically proven methods, along with personal results and tailoring. With an Honours Kinesiology background and education from one of the top KIN schools/programs in the world we pride ourselves on understanding the science behind everything we promote and are working to constantly learn new things/new techniques/new styles of training and eating to help maximize our clients results.
We think of every body composition goal as a science experiment with your body and want to educate you on how to get there.
