Dumbbell & barbell home based workout. This workout can also be used in the gym. The workout is designed to build muscle and strength. Traing level of this program is intermediate and for both men and women.
Train abs 2x per week with 2-3 exercises. The above program can be used for up to 6-8 weeks.
