Training one-on-one with me is the fastest way to achieve your goals. Whether you are a beginner or you have been in the fitness game for a while, you will learn how to stay mentally strong to achieve and maintain your goals. I will teach you various workout techniques and tricks that will enable you to get and maintain your goals. I will push you over your limits in every single set of your workouts. I will make sure you sweat and go home in pain at the end of each workout.
The session will be 60 minutes in length involving a 5-minute warmup, 45 minutes resistance training, followed by 10 minutes flexibility training. I will get engaged with you in every single move and you will get the benefit of learning how to have full confidence and achieve success.
You will learn the following during the 60 minute session:
Tempo- your pace during each workout
Various exercise types and ways to break through a plateau
Positive mental techniques that will boost performance.
I am a CanFit pro certified personal trainer, lifecoach, and fitness model. My love and enthusiasm for health and fitness began at the early age of 5 years old when I consistently witnessed my father working out every morning, dancing to music and doing push ups. My passion for fitness led me to obtain a BSC degree in Biology, which, enabled me to further understand the biological importance of nutrition and health. My experience in the gym as well as training numerous clients has provided me with what it takes to achieve a successful fitness lifestyle.
Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is the surest path towards great accomplishment and success. My first competition was an open competition. An open competition allows drug use. As a lifetime natural fitness enthusiast, this meant I was up against men who use drugs to gain additional edge in muscularity and dryness. I welcomed this reality as a challenge! I dieted harder, focused more on tempo during my workout and remained persistent and consistent with the process. Inspite the incredible odds i encountered, I came out 3rd in my weight class and qualified for the state wide championships.
