This is a simple muscle building workout for all gym , especially beginners. The key part in gaining muscle while losing fat is all about DIET! Specifically intermittent fasting. It is the key recipe for losing fat while gaining muscle and it's very simple. I started doing this in the beginning of summer and the results showed within a couple weeks.
To keep it short, intermittent fasting is what we were put on this earth to do. We were created to wake up in the morning, use energy to hunt for our food and eat in the afternoon/evening. That is what this diet is about. Skip breakfast, do some sort of cardio before eating anything, then eating later in the day. Your body will be burning up fat (don't worry, your muscle is safe. Fat burns before muscle) then your body will be using all of the nutrients in the food you eat later in the day, thus resulting in more muscle gains.
