Well there's never been a more perfect time to start considering how popular big butts have become. Luckily for you I've put together the perfect combination of exercises to help you "get back"! Unlike other programs this one will focus on the major glute building exercises for both the gluteus medius and Maximus. --- I base all my programs on knowledge gathered from my exercise degree and all my NASM Certifications as well as my own experience as a bodybuilder and weightlifter for 7+ years.
-- Will consist of a 3-Day non-consecutive split for weekly rotation
-- Day 1 will focus on activation of the glutes and ab/adductor muscles using light resistance
-- Day 2 will focus on heavy weights and resistance exercises to really stimulate muscle growth
-- Day 3 will focus on power and force of the glutes in order to increase functionality
** This program is a glute-intensive workout designed to hit all types of muscle fibers and stimulate optimal growth. All of these programs were written by me and practiced by me. They work. I recommend doing every program in circuits of 3 exercises at a time for optimal fat burning/muscle building results and time.
Please also note that diet will play a role in maximal growth!
