Mike’s Boot Camp has revolutionized traditional fitness classes. This serious workout program is a one of a kind fitness program that has attracted many of clients throughout Toronto.
The training revolves around one simple goal, “See the results session by session”, period! The sessions include interval training, circuit training, static training, line circuits, martial arts conditioning, strength training using free weights, kettle bells, bands, and traditional military exercises and a whole lot more. Burning fat, tightening up the body, and building muscle has never been easier.
My boot camp classes are one hour in length and are designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. The floor work focuses on a different major muscle group each day allowing YOU to develop a targeted program, or to attend Monday through Friday for an ideal well-balanced workout routine.

You get everything you need. Burning fat from the second you start to the end. Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns.

I am a CanFit pro certified personal trainer, lifecoach, and fitness model. My love and enthusiasm for health and fitness began at the early age of 5 years old when I consistently witnessed my father working out every morning, dancing to music and doing push ups. My passion for fitness led me to obtain a BSC degree in Biology, which, enabled me to further understand the biological importance of nutrition and health. My experience in the gym as well as training numerous clients has provided me with what it takes to achieve a successful fitness lifestyle.
Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is the surest path towards great accomplishment and success. My first competition was an open competition. An open competition allows drug use. As a lifetime natural fitness enthusiast, this meant I was up against men who use drugs to gain additional edge in muscularity and dryness. I welcomed this reality as a challenge! I dieted harder, focused more on tempo during my workout and remained persistent and consistent with the process. Inspite the incredible odds i encountered, I came out 3rd in my weight class and qualified for the state wide championships.
