Having a flat stomach and defined abs is a combination of proper nutrition, hydration and training. It is important to work on strengthening your core at least once a week because your core is used as a stabilizer in all exercises- the stronger your core, the stronger you will be overall!

This work out consists of two circuits:

15 Weighted Bent Leg Jackknife

30 Raised Leg Sit Ups With Twists

20 Sit Ups

CIRCUIT 2- *REPEAT 4 TIMES*

40 Mountain Climbers

30 Leg Raises on a Bench

20 Toe Touches

45 Second Plank
